Custom Measurements

 

LIST OF MEASUREMENTS TO FILL IN (personal measurements):

  • Bust (in bra)
  • Under-bust
  • Waist
  • Hips ( your hips' measurement is taken at the widest part of the lower body, including the curve of the bottom. It is not taken at the hip bones).
  • From the waist to the floor (with heels if chosen to wear with dress)
  • Length of the sleeve (if you have chosen a long sleeve wedding dress)
  • Biceps volume
  • Wrist volume
  • Bra cup
  • Height
  • Shoulders

 

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MEASURE CORRECTLY:

  • Bust: this is not a bra size, wear a bra relax arms at sides, pull tape across the fullest part of the bust
  • Waist: find the natural waist this is the smallest part of the waist, usually about 1 inch above belly button, and keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing space
  • Hips: find the widest part of the hips usually about 7 inch below natural waist, and tape should brush across both hipbones
  • Shoulder: from the edge of the shoulder socket, measure across the back to the same point on the other shoulder
  • Collarbone (to floor): hallow to floor, stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hallow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor, to fit high heels
  • Height: stand straight with feet together and measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor

 

 

NOTE: The measurements you submit for the dress, are made-to-order using your measurements. This therefore means that it cannot be changed after the dress is already in the process of sewing. So, please go to a seamstress for an accurate measurement if you cannot measure yourself correctly. We do not take any responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made to your gown.
